Clutches
Precision clutch hubs, drums and housings for automatic and dual-clutch transmissions, produced in fully automated machining cells.
Our clutch components are machined from forged and formed steel blanks in automated CNC cells, where robots load each part, internal and external splines are formed, and in-line gauges confirm every critical diameter. The result is a consistent, durable component that engages smoothly gear after gear.
Shafts
Turned, splined and finished shafts engineered for strength, balance and long service life across multi-speed transmissions.
Shafts move through turning, spline rolling and finishing operations on a continuous-flow line. Robotic gantries transfer each shaft between machines, while automated inspection verifies runout, diameters and spline geometry to keep power flowing quietly and efficiently through the gearbox.
Plates
Reaction, pressure and backing plates manufactured with strict flatness and surface-finish control for consistent shift quality.
Plates are produced to strict flatness and parallelism requirements. Automated measurement stations probe each batch, and washing and finishing steps remove burrs and contaminants so the plates perform reliably within clutch packs under heat and load.
Pistons
Hydraulic clutch apply pistons machined for precise sealing geometry, enabling smooth and responsive gear changes.
Pistons are machined on multi-fixture CNC centres served by robots, producing precise bores, seal grooves and sealing faces. Tight control of these features ensures each piston builds hydraulic pressure evenly for crisp, repeatable gear engagement.
